Ear Wax – do not underestimate the problem – 2 things will save you

Ear Wax – what else do you need to know?

It turns out that many people are not aware of the role of this secretion in the ear. It is very important and necessary, but we must take care not to accumulate in large quantities in the ears because it can cause problems. Sometimes people even go to a doctor because they make whole big balls of earwax and for this reason one does not hear well. And he senses that there is some sort of noise in his ears. But here’s how to properly clean the ear wax at home and thus you save time to go to a doctor.

Here are the best tools:

1. Hydrogen peroxide
This inexpensive product has the qualities needed to soften and remove the accumulated earwax and thus perfectly cleans the ear canal.

Hydrogen peroxide acts as an antiseptic: it slows the growth and spread of bacteria and prevents the development of the infection.

The ingredients are:

Waxing - do not underestimate the problem

Waxing – do not underestimate the problem

1 teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide, 3% solution (5 ml)
1 teaspoon of water (5 ml)
1 Eye/ear dropper
What do we have to do?

Mix equal amounts of water and hydrogen peroxide.
Fill the eye/ear dropper with the reconstituted solution and drop 5 drops into the ear.
Allow to act for 10 minutes (head slightly inclined), then tilt the head in the opposite direction so that the liquid drains back.
Then clean your ear with a clean cloth. Then you can do the same with the other ear.

2. Baby oil

Baby oil is the perfect product because it has “soft” ingredients, so you can be sure it does not cause any problems.

Ingredients:

5 drops of baby oil
1 Eye/ear dropper
1 cotton swab
How do we act in this case?

Fill the eye/ear dropper with the baby oil and then drop in the ear with 2 to 5 drops.
Put a cotton swab in your ear so that the oil does not flow (the head should also be angled).
Wait for 5 minutes and tilt your head to the other side.
Clean the ear with a soft cloth. Then repeat with the other ear.

Now you know that excess earwax can be removed from your ears without injuring yourself.

Choose the method that seems more acceptable for you to clean your ears regularly, thus preventing the formation of beads and closing the hearing channels.

And do not forget to avoid using sharp objects to remove earwax from your ears, it is also not necessary to use so-called ear sticks, as they can cause inflammation and lead to infection. Their sale must be forbidden.
